We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thanks for the response, Laura but no. If I have to buy a product from a shop the obvious expectation is that the budget will cover the retail price. My question was "Will the budget be revised to meet the RRP or will we be allowed to submit expenses covering the brief's purchase"? No answer so, quite rightly I think you'd agree, I didn't do the job. Not completing this probably leaves my account with a black mark? Is that fair too? Regards Robert

Hi Robert, Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Having looked into this further I can see that the products available to choose from are able to be purchased within the expense range that the hirer has set. Hirers determine the budget for these activities and will usually cap it at a level that enables you to purchase across the range as per the brief. Looking at the activity you refer to the products range from £1.30 to £3.50 and you have up to £6.50 to spend on 3 separate products which is achievable. Hope this helps. Cheers!
