Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

It good because I can choose the assignments I want to accept and of iif there is an issue for example.cannot purchase an item onlin it is easily to cancel job.

The process all works well but if trying to book usin the app it's temperamental - asks for available date but no indication of format or knowing if the booking is confirmed without checking email....

Laura, Whilst it’s great you will pass it on, I feel you may as well just place it in to the virtual bin as it appears nothing is really ever taken from it. Which in turn makes theses surveys a tick box exercise. Don’t know what’s happened to the service, it’s sadly not the same.
