We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you have had an issue. We have investigated both of your complaints, and I can see you did indeed have a payment issue that unfortunately occurred with the hirer in question querying the hours worked. I can see we resolved this eventually for you, but I recognise it was not quick enough. In the future, if you have an issue of this nature, can you email sue@redwigwam.com who is an expert at resolving issues between hirers and workers In terms of your star rating, I can see that you did follow the process and our system has been overzealous - we have corrected this situation for you now. Once again apologise this has happened and we would love you to give us another go.
