Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thanks for your comments Simon, all have been taken on board.

I believe that you are referring to work completed for our hirer at Portsmouth FC on Boxing Day.

RedWigWam are only the platform that facilitate the work between workers such as yourself and hirers such as Portsmouth.

We don't allow hirers to pay anything less than the National Living Wage and try to do the right thing by deducting PAYE so that everything is above board.

Glad that you got your payments so quickly, we think this really sets us apart from other companies who pay in 4-12 weeks!

Having taken your comments on board I have increased my score as your service is very good. Some feedback I didn't give though, can you review the emails you send out. I get one saying I've got the job, then another with the briefing, then (sometimes) a further briefing, then a remnider that I have the job, then a reminder to input my timesheet. Add to that all the "we have exciting new jobs for you" and I am drowning in correspondance. My suggestion would be to allow me to tailor the reminders I want somewhere. Also please add something unique to to heading of each briefing as my Gmail client they all get bundled togetehr and I have to open every one to find the one I want. Again.. this is a good service, but not quite perfect...yet ;-)
