Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Karen, thanks for your review. As you know, it's the hirers that approve the timesheets.

Sometimes timesheets can be approved on different days resulting in payment being the following day.

We pay the next working day after approval by the hirer.

I'll follow it up with the team and make sure we always get back to you, if we don't already.

matt it is you i have had the issue with you wouldnt let me speak to a manager or have them contac me ragarding wages. and your last comment was a bit condasending we make sure to get back to you if we dont already how dare you i was giving a review not wanting your feed back so for that i had down graded to a 2 star as its an opinion and u are alays blaming the hirers the hirers pay you before i even get the job as many hirers have told me

Karen - I've never stopped you from speaking to anyone.

Timesheets are approved by hirers at their convenience - apologies if they don't all sign off on the same day. We encourage them to do so ASAP.

Hirers pay after completion of the job - so I'm not sure where you got that information from.

Mark - thanks for your comments.

As discussed with you at length, we’ve always had a very clear policy on holiday pay.

Every time you book a job, you accept our terms and conditions, which detail how holiday pay is earnt and when it is paid.

Everything is always above board at RedWigWam.

All pay rate and time sheets are dealt with by the hirers. If you have any specific feedback we can always pass it on.

Not following the brief is one of our clients biggest pet hates! The briefs are written to be thorough but simple to understand. Always ensure you follow all steps.
