We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Where did it all go wrong?

Have previously rated very well but you sent this at the wrong time. RWW are usually pretty good at approving timesheets or notifying of changes needed and paying wages but latest round of Amex jobs...

To be fair I dont think you can really say someone has been keeping me updated, thats bit of a stretch. Everytime I messaged for an update someone replies. And with a stock response "client is working on it" which is a reactive response to me complaining and really says nothing, noone has gone out of their way to proactively keep me updated, till I gave a bad review now ive had an email 2 texts and a call but I am now unavailable to speak on phone today or tomorrow so another day or two will now pass without resolution.
