Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

All good, I like the way shifts are sent out although you do have to be quick off the mark, wages sorted out easily, and I like the live chat option if you have a question.

Quick and easy!

Amazing and really easy! Don’t have to have to talk to anyone if you don’t wish, sign up pick your job and go! Simple as that, been such a pleasure to help out with the current pandemic

Paul, apologies that redwigwam has not paid you as quickly as we usually do but as you know we don't authorise your timesheet our hirers do that . We have chased the hire in question but I know they have been hit by an increased in demand and they have suffered from some of their employees having to self isolate etc. I am sure you understand these are not usual times. If you are due to work tomorrow and it is not safe or sensible for you to travel we would suggest your visit your dashboard and unbook yourself - we normally would penalise you for cancelling a job but as we said it is not normal times. Please keep healthy and safe.

It is safe for me to work tmrw. The issue is me getting there on foot due lack of payment. This us second time in three weeks I have had to chase authorisation of work undertaken. Last was snaffling pig for tescos Wolverhampton. That one was authorised by redwigwam. My contract is with yourselves. I have put down to the job tmrw as need the money and enjoy it. But as many who do these jobs at times they plan their work and the cash flow. I would think an SLA on authorisation of jobs completed with no queries should be implemented. I understand with the current situation however a company of this stature should have strategies in place. If authorisation isn't completed tmrw, redwigwam shoukd still pay me the money owed and then you can claim from them the outstanding monies. How many others haven't been authorised by them where they have been carried out?

Hi lorna I have followed the instructions and carried out the job as per specs. I take it they sign t and Cs as well. It seems they haven't followed them. What has been their response to your contacting them?
