Excellent, timely and personal service from a listening agency.
1.From my initial phone call, I was allocated someone to deal with me directly. This saved me form being passed form pillar to post having to repeat myself.

As always care and time taken to find the most appropriate destination and hotel. I never feel rushed or coerced into accepting second best.
