Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Hi Lucinda, Thank you very much for getting in touch and taking the time to leave your review. Please accept my apologies for the negative experience that you have had with us. Unfortunately, we are quite limited by the voucher provider that we use and our gift vouchers are set up to automatically send to the recipient at around the same time of day that the original order was placed - in this case it was around 4:30pm. These can sometimes end up in spam folders, however I will look into why this was not automatically sent. Unfortunately we are an incredibly small team and we did have staff shortages that week, so this certainly impacted the level of customer service that we normally provide.
