Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

I can see that we have been in discussions over email and I apologise that you have had such a negative experience with the couriers that we use. This is not the level of service that we expect from them and I can assure you that this feedback has now been logged with them to avoid this happening to anyone in the future. I understand that we have requested further details of the previously raised issue, as unfortunately we cannot find any communications from yourself on our system, so we look forward to receiving this information. Thankfully, as you have confirmed over email, your orders were intact, with no damage to the drams, which is fantastic. I can also see that you have been compensated to apologise for these inconveniences. What's the point of leaving a review. Nothing in it for the pour and Sip members anymore. Whisky is nice arrived on time. That's about it.
