We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Hi there, I sincerely apologise for your box being late this month. Due to unprecedented demand on black Friday we have been a week late getting the boxes out. We are currently trialling Hermes and we really value your feedback, which I have passed on to the internal team running the trial. Thanks Dave for putting me at ease. As I said the club is great value and great value for money top whisky, etc. My aversion to Hermes though is absolute. I would rather pay more than be delivered by them. Top customer care though!
