All goods were fab for my little one's party & great delivery
Plates a bit smaller than I imagined but then again I didn't really look at the description I just assumed they would be standard party size. web site was a 'delight' loads of party ideas. delivery...
The goods I received didnt match my order - they were left in rubbish bin by courier.. First customer services person I spoke to was unhelpful and couldnt get the fact she represented the company...

I must apologise for the original problems incurred, we had become out of stock on the original invitations so were therefore unable to re-send them to you, in addition its is very rare that our couriers performance does not meet the professional standard we expect.
I understand you have since spoken to my manager who has resolved your query as well as offered compensation.
