Just for your info, the castors are fitted with directional locks so this may help when moving in a straight line. If you are using this on an uneven floor, you may be better off looking at a similar product that is fitted with a larger diameter wheel. Thank you for your feedback. Having looked into the journey of your order, I can see that there are several issues that have affected the lack of delivery. Your order was as shipped out on time however our carriers DX Freight couldn’t find the delivery location as there was no company name on the outside of the building. They did have site contact name and number but didn’t put in a call. The consignment details show that delivery was attempted twice and on the third attempt, the driver ran out of time. Please accept my sincere apologies for this service, it is certainly not what Parrs are about, we want all customers to be happy with our service. Sometimes things do go wrong and if you are willing to try us again, we will prove that this was a one off. I can confirm that a full refund has been processed for you. Kind regards Peter Clark
