I am a returning customer - sending parcels to France a few times a year. One of the cheapest couriers around and never had a problem. Reliable and affordable service.
I lost my parcel from the 9th of July and we are today the 10th of August and still lost !! I’m very disappointed 😞

You've been working with us since November 2017 and I can see 1 recent issue among all the successful shipments you've sent with us. Our team are still working with the carrier to locate your missing parcel from July. Unfortunately this can happen from time to time in parcel networks, it's very unfortunate it was your parcel on this occasion. Our team will keep you updated as they have been doing for the past few weeks. It's unusual for items to turn up in the depot, so we'll keep our fingers crossed.
