We are always looking at ways to improve the service we deliver, including for our shipping and returns. Currently we offer free shipping on all orders over $70, which would not be possible if we were also offering free returns. We do work with retailers in the US who have different returns policies to us, and full details of how to return an order is available on our website prior to ordering.

Service was great. However, I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the bag. Their newer productos are much better. As a new mommy I really appreciate the concept of the bags.
