Hi Rebekah, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We sincerely apologise for the delay in getting your order dispatched. A 5-day dispatch time is definitely longer than our usual standard, and we completely understand your frustration regarding the wait and courier performance. We’re actively addressing our dispatch times to ensure orders move out much faster moving forward. That being said, we’re delighted to hear that you were pleased with the quality and packaging of your items once they arrived! We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to provide you with a much faster, seamless service next time. Best regards, OPS

Hi Val, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologise again that one of the bottles wasn't taped correctly and leaked onto your food items during transit. As long-time customers know, we hold our packaging to high standards, so we’ve passed this directly to our warehouse manager to ensure it isn't repeated. As soon as you contacted us, we immediately processed a full refund for both the damaged washing-up liquid and all affected items. We really appreciate your ongoing support and hope to welcome you back for a flawless delivery next time! Best regards, OPS
