Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us, your feedback is very appreciated here at Nordgreen. We are sorry to hear that our product did not look as you expected. In these cases, we always offer the alternative to exchange it for another colour or different kind of strap. This is, of course, covered by Nordgreen.
Hopefully you will take an advantage of either exchange or return and the process will be very smooth :)
However, we will definitely take this feedback into consideration and see how we could improve in the future. Thank you for taking the time to let us know that.
Best regards,
The Nordgreen Team

The watch I purchased was beautiful. The watch band, however was too small, and my son had to order a replacement.
Delivery was really quick and I was kept updated as to when the watch was being shipped/delivered, product came well packaged and the watch is really pretty.

Wat Trusted Customer zei over Nordgreen:
Great service and very good product for the price. I would definitely recommend Nordgreen.
A quality product, beautifully presented and delivered with speed and efficacy! Good communication when I emailed them with a query regarding the Giving Back program.
the service was as expected, quick and efficient. the product not so much....
the wrist band barely fits my wrist making it difficult to wear the watch.
the date readout might as well be non-existent...

Hi Antony, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience with us.
Regarding the date window, this is something we are working on, so thank you for letting us know how you feel about it.
About the straps, we do not offer shorter straps than the ones we have at the moment. What we usually offer in this cases is to exchange the watch for a smaller dial size, which matches shorter straps, and is potentially a perfect fit. However, in your case, we do not have a smaller version for the Philosopher, so you would have had to choose a different model as well in order to size down.
You're always welcome to do so if you wish though our Return Center within 14 days of delivery, as we mentioned in our response to you.
We will definitely share your feedback with the design team, so thank you for sharing your thoughts on our products. As a start up company, we rely on feedback from customers like you to improve and be better :). Thank you again for your time.
Have a lovely day, The Nordgreen Team.
