No where in communication did they say they wouldn’t deliver to the door. My wife had to go to meet the driver and carry the mattress to the flat and the driver said he couldn’t come in the building....

Thank you for your review. I am slightly confused as if you read the delivery advise and also in our FAQ's this clearly states that delivery is kerbside and we do state this when calling to book the delivery in.

Abrupt text reply and no flexibility with delivery day and time, which I had to reschedule with work. The man delivering was also abrupt.

We do advertise on the site the delivery days as we cover the complete country weekly, we do not push the day upon you and can re arrange to a different date to suit.
