What can one say in reply ? Sorry you are not happy we will refund the carriage and hopefully you will order from the website next time round. The reason we offer free delivery from the website is we find time has a cost also so charge for delivery when we have take orders by telephone.

Pleasant, helpful and could deliver just what I wanted right on time as promised.
No notification on dispatch, no tracking information, no mail response. package showed up, but will not use MPS again.

Sorry you are not happy with our service, our records show an Email was sent to the Email address you gave us when placing your order (sent at 11.04 hrs 28/01/2013) and this advised you the goods had been dispatched. It was tracked through to leaving the UK so the delay appears to be with the Norwegian customs or postal service.
