We're really sorry about the problems with your delivery. As you will no doubt be aware the change in all stock from our previous warehouse to our new one resulted in delay in orders being processed to be sent out. I can find no record of this email complaint so please resend this so it can be responded to in the appropriate manner.

If there are problems with your delivery it is your pure responsibility and a MUST to inform your customers so we can do something instead of waiting and hear nothing from you. Now explaining to the public that you are transferring your stocks to a new warehouse? and please train your staff with their customer service skills and to be polite!!!

Notifications were placed on the website to advise of the expected delays as a result of the stock location and courier change.
All of our staff follow set protocols for procedure we apologise if you feel you have ill-treated in some way because these procedures have been followed.
