Hello, sorry to hear about the delay on your order . We have checked your order and I can confirm your order was dispatched immediately, but Unfortunately the timing for the delivery is something we don’t have control over as due to current pandemic of COVID-19 some delivery services has been effected in some areas causing delays on the service .
