Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

This has ben ordered as a gift. Rather than ask the recipient to complete their delivery address why not allow me to do that when ordering?

Thank you for your feedback. Our 'Gift Direct' service is intended for customers who perhaps don't know the full postal address of their gift recipient and it has been well received. There is also the more traditional method of the customer entering all the details of their recipient, although perhaps this isn't clear enough on the site.
