Contacting Luxo living via email or phone is either very slow or not responsive. They will always answer your call but refer you to a case officer that either does not reply reply unless multiple calls are made. There is always a refusal to escalate above the case officer. My next step is to write to the Department of Fair Trading. For a multi-million dollar company this unacceptable.Like I said, I'm willing to return all the products. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me since my email of 12/02/21. This is a very simple transaction, the error is from LuxoLiving, they need to fix it now. I have done more than my part. I'm not willing to travel another 45 minutes to get to warehouse. Courier can pick up all the products and refund is the only option. Please send to management.
