Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry for any confusion. We do clearly state the size of the Date bracelet on our product page. I am sorry if this was missed. All of our products in our men's range have different product names and we do clearly state that the service you requested was for our Men's Leather Bracelet only. We are unable to alter the size of the Date Bracelets as they come as one piece with the clasp riveted in place. We are very sorry you feel let down on this occasion.
