Admin follow up is excellent, keeping the customer up to date on a regular basis. Have been been a customer of Leasepoint for many years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The service was good, but the delivery date was not met. This is the first time this has happened. A more pro-active approach to address the delivery delay would have been appreciated.

We are pleased the service was good, and we are sorry the initial delivery estimate was not met. Hopefully your next transcation with us will run to plan as the Skoda factory were a few weeks behind their initial estimation with your car build. Thank you for using Leasepoint.

Good service, Leasepoint managed to source a comparable quote to an alternative I had got, delivery occurred on time and on a short lead time. Many thanks.
