noted under the tab "Delivery & Production" toward the bottom of each product page. This information is also provided once you place an item in your basket. The hot cut products which you ordered usually take up to 2 weeks - but we managed to get these out within 6 days from your order date. All our products are custom made and delivery does not refer to the production time. Thanks again for your order and feedback.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our ID Wristbands and I am happy that you are pleased with the result. These can be a little bit tricky to apply at first (especially on small children!) but the longer the adhesive has pressure applied to it, the stronger the bond - and better the performance.
I have sent out a pack of wristbands to replace the ones that broke and please let us know how you get on with these.
I am glad the event was successful and that the product fitted the bill.
