Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

In 1984 brother and sister co-founders Kit Heath and Katie Nickell began their design partnership, inspired by the sea and landscape of North Devon in the South West of England. Whilst at school, Kit had melted down the family candlesticks to create sterling silver jewellery that his friends and family bought.
