Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Dear Barbara thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you felt that the Hyaluronic Acid Injections did not work for you. We have many patients who have excellent results with this treatment strategy and return yearly for this to be topped up.

In respect of your comments regarding Surgery I can advise that Mr Cossey will assess the patients particular risk factors and make a decision regarding surgery. He will look at a patients health, comorbidites, pharmalogical treatments being undertaken and the advice and guidance of Cardiologists and in particular our own practice Anaesthetist.

Where is deemed that the patient is of high risk then Mr Cossey would not undertake an operation of this nature and would refer the patient to a hospital with high risk ICU facilities which are not catered for at the Spire Portsmouth Hospital. We as a practice will always place a patients safety first especially with very high risk factors.
