Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be to feel out of the loop during what should be an exciting time. Unfortunately the finance company were experiencing issues with their systems and the issuing of the finance agreement to you and also to our other customers who were contracting their vehicles through this funder. VWFS were unable to provide us with any firm updates during this period as to when the situation would be resolved and regrettably this impacted on the information that we could provide to you and ultimately the delivery of the vehicle. We’re always looking for ways to enhance the experience and are committed to ensuring that our communication remains clear and proactive. What we have learnt from your complaint is that we should have updated you even just to say that we had not received any update from VWFS. We have already discussed with them the dissatisfaction raised by some of our other customers about their system issues, which are now resolved. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

We're really sorry that the dealer failed to correctly order your van in the first instance thereby delaying delivery to you. This was out of our control and as you know the dealer took full responsibility for their error and ordered the correct vehicle which you're now driving. We really do appreciate your custom, especially as a long standing repeat customer, and we look forward to continuing our Jurni together
