We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Originally said delivery would probably be Friday, otherwise would be Monday. Turned out it wasn't even on the delivery schedule on the Friday and I was promised Monday. On phoning on the Monday...

Thank you for this kind review of our service. Johnston Oils will always do everything they can to ensure we deliver in our agreed timescales and thankfully due to your very timely morning intervention we didn't miss your Monday delivery. On this occasion a slight error resulted in us almost missing your delivery, however when it was brought to our attention we did everything we could to get the oil to you by close of business that day.

Johnston Oils understand that on rare occasion mistakes will happen, but the team will always do everything possible to correct these situations and minimise the potential inconvenience to our customers. Thankfully we managed to turn this around and will look into our procedures to ensure there is no repeat of this in the future.

Thank you for this great review of our service. Our text automation delivery notifications have been in operation for the past 6 months and they've been working really well, however it would appear that on this occasion it didn't operate as it should and you should have received a follow up communication to inform you that the delivery had been rescheduled.

We'll feed this back into the team so that we're able to improve our communication in this area for the future.
