Booking was straightforward, and apart from a minor change of flight time everything went well. No transfer was included so we had to pay approx £50 for return taxi transfer.

Thank you for spending the time to send us a review, we hope overall that you had a nice stay in Jersey when you visited this month. I can see you booked via our website, transfers would have been offered to you to add to your booking as you made your way through the booking process. Our transfers are additional to our basic package holidays as we are finding more and more that clients are choosing to use the public bus system on arrival or hiring a car to get to their accommodations. I will pass your comments regarding the hotel directly to them. We do hope that your choose to visit Jersey on another occasion, please feel free to contact our friendly team at Jerseytravel in person and we can recommend alternative accommodations should you wish to be nearer the town centre or answer any other questions you may have.
