We have checked with our warehouse and we believe the paper was sent but wrapped in a roll with the other paper so you did in fact receive it but may not have seen it. Please check and if not we will resend.
A bit small and mean looking as a dinner plate, but would be ok as a cake plate

We are sorry you experienced these issues. As you know we have offered you a full refund without requiring return of the goods. We have a new gift wrapping service that had not worked as we would have wished for a unboxed ceramic item. we will ensure in future all items are boxed so the gift wrap looks better. Thank you for your feedback.
The actual goods were as seen on the website and as expected. They looked well made and I liked them as much as when I chose to order them. Hopefully they will wash equally well.

Lovely bowl spoiled by a small chip on the base. Should have been picked out before despatch and sold as a second. Easily resolved though.

We don't sell seconds so wouldn't have sold it as such but will replace any damaged goods. Inevitably a few ceramic items do very occasionally get damaged in transit but we will also replace items very quickly. Thank you for choosing Jersey Pottery.

Very prompt response and reasonable to offer a refund. We like their appearance and intend to keep them - they match the bowl we bought in Rye. It's a functional design issue and if possible we'll get a better lid.
