Firstly thank you for your order, we do hope you're happy with your new Oxford corner set as you don't mention in it your review ? Looking at your order we can see you ordered an Oxford corner set, bespoke cover, cosidone lantern and wall heater all of which you received brand new in packaging. You took from our store at the point of ordering 1 wooden tray and 2 glass jars, we have many items displayed around the store for customers to pick up and take away with them. Many companies have suffered longer than average delays due to a Worldwide shipping crisis, we have kept customers up to date as much as we could regarding deliveries. Our staff have suffered verbal abuse from some customers who have not understood the situation the whole of the UK and wider World finds itself in, so with this in mind we advised all staff to end calls if they feel the caller shows any signs of aggresion, this may or may not have been the case with your call. We fully understand and totally sympathise with your flushstration in having to wait longer than usual for your furniture however circumstances have been way beyound our control. We will look into why our delivery team ran so late on Thursday 5th August, thank you for bringing this to our attention. If you have a problem with any of the goods you have purchased from JB please let us know and the goods will be exchanges or refunded. Once again thank you for your order and we do hope you enjoy your new Oxford garden furniture for many summers to come.
