We were kept well informed of the delivery date. We had paid for them to assemble and remove packaging which they did and left the furniture where we asked for it to be situated. Very friendly...

First delivery wrong furniture, second delivery faulty chair , third delivery ok but having paid over £3000 an apology would have been nice . Would not recommend at all

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As you can see from hundreds of previous reviews 1 star is very unusual for JB. We have looked into the circumstances of your deliveries. Firstly due to new staff in our warehouse your order was picked incorrectly, we apolgise for this error. We believe our driver returned to your home the next day with the correct furniture and this is when you discovered one chair had a fault. The fault has been reported to the manufacturers. We're now pleased to hear you have all your furniture which we hope you're happy with and enjoy for many years to come.
