There was silence from the moment the order was placed. No acknowledgement no estimated delivery date nothing. Had to ring up to seek reassurance. Just useless.

Good Morning Mr. Abraham,
We are very sorry to hear of your troubles in purchasing a garden chair from us and of course to see our first negative Feefo service rating.
We send automated confirmation emails to the email address specified with every order and we also call our customers to personally thank them as soon as we receive the order. I have investigated and am told we left a message on the telephone number we were given so again, we are sorry if you did not receive this message.
We received your order on 6th June, immediately ordered your chair and received it in our warehouse on 8th June, then despatched it with our couriers Home Direct Logistics on 9th June. Once the chair is on its way we hand over the reigns of communication to them. If you have not received your delivery yet, it should be with you any time now.
We are proud of our (now) 99% feedback rating which is testament to our commitment to service. We have obviously not impressed in this instance - thankfully this is seldom the case - and for that I would like to apologise again.
