Dear Mr Butterworth,Thank you for taking time to give feedback. As you can see from previous reviews a 2 star rating is very unusal for us here at JB Furniture. We have investigated the problems you had with your delivery, we believe one of our staff has already apologised for the error made when taking your order, 2 chairs have been ordered for you and marked urgently needed. During lockdown our regular drivers were unable to make deliveries, rather than leave customers with no furniture we decided to use a haulage company who were able to deliver on our behalf whilst still following social distancing rules, we apologise if you felt they didn't seem concerned, its was simply a case of the driver beening unaware of the missing chairs.
Excellent service as the staff went the extra mile nothing was too much trouble

I ordered on Tuesday and they telephoned the next day to arrange delivery on Friday! This was during lockdown so I was very impressed. Contactless delivery too.
The price was the best I found too.
