We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Our course content undergoes a strict accreditation process with Peoplecert, the sole examination institute for AXELOS (the PRINCE2 accrediting body), so we can be certain that the content fully prepares candidates for passing the exams. The questions in our exam simulator are taken from sample papers provided by Peoplecert, and some are written by our accredited trainers. The PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is an open book exam, and is intended to be done using the official PRNCE2 manual, which came with your course. We will, of course, review the questions in the simulator to check for spelling and grammatical errors. Good service, more clarity on exam please

Well organised. More explanation of the exam conditions ahead of time would be handy (the exam app takes over your computer, can't have anything on your desk, nobody else in the room, photo ID, etc).
