Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately there are occasions where we have to cancel classroom courses if we don’t have the required number of delegates. This is the case for all training companies that run a public schedule of events, but it’s always something we do as a last possible resort. Apologies that you were told it would go ahead when booking, but if other delegates had dropped out, we may not have been in a position to run the live workshop. I hope you and your colleague enjoy your course in February!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you received excellent customer service from Debra, but very sorry you had this experience on your training course. This is not the type of delivery we expect from our trainers, and our service delivery team are already dealing with the situation, as you are not the only person to raise an issue about this particular trainer. We do take your point about the shipping of materials, and from early next year, all training materials will be delivered digitally. I know this doesn’t help for the course you have already attended, but hopefully it means you will consider us in the future, should you wish to study for another certification.
