Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the experience you had with your training. However, all of the information you mention in your review would have been provided to your employer once they had made the booking. I can't see any email or enquiries from you on our system. However, one of my colleagues from our customer support team did get in touch with you to see how she could help, and was told that the issue had been resolved. She also followed up again to see if there was anything else she could do, but didn't get a response. She was unable to get hold of any of your colleagues who were also doing the course. Looking into our records, a member of the customer service team contacted you on the 1st April to resend you the login email you should have received on purchase, we do hope you received this. As a gesture of goodwill, the customer service team also extended your licence for 1 month free of charge. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the training course, but very sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience when sitting your exam. The exam is run by Peoplecert, the sole examination institute for the PRINCE2 Agile® certification, and so all exams must be taken with them. However, our customer service team is always on hand to help with any issues that may arise when booking your exam, and will deal with Peoplecert directly for you, if necessary.Danke für Ihr Feedback.
