We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Our e-learning portal is accessible via Chromebooks. We offer technical support to all of our e-learning customers, but I can't see any emails, live chats or phone calls from you on the system, so it doesn't look like you've raised this with our customer support team. If you had, someone would have been able to resolve this issue for you. Peoplecert is the sole examining institute (and accrediting body) for PRINCE2. You can buy courses from many different training providers, but all exams are taken through the Peoplecert portal, there is no other option.

Our course content undergoes a strict accreditation process with Peoplecert, the sole examination institute and accrediting body for PRINCE2, so we can be certain that the content fully prepares candidates for passing the exams. The questions in our exam simulator are taken from sample papers provided by Peoplecert, and some are written by our accredited trainers. Our e-learning portal also includes a revision pad for you to make notes on the course content that you can then refer back to when revising for the exam. We also offer tutor support to all of our e-learning delegates, but again, I can't see that you've made content with us to ask for assistance. The style of delivery isn't great for what is dry subject matter already. The team are helpful on the back end though

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have the best experience with your e-learning course. We do have very high pass rates with our self-paced online training, but it's not the best learning choice for everyone, which is why we also offer classroom, live virtual and blended training options. However, I'm very glad to hear you had a good customer service experience.
