Just to let you know I am changing my review. I am having issues with getting the material.
MOL has given me the flashcards but not E-book which I need to study for. Every time I call your team, they said they will get back to me and never do. 1 team member emailed me saying "they have sent the material over, and I should check my Junk." I have been checking it all the time and nothing there.
Every time I reply to the email, there never a reply back. It would have been faster if they called me back as I have given my number to you all time.

Please be assured that we are aware of this issue and have escalated this to IT and senior management, we did respond via email as soon as we were contacted, but fully appreciate the circumstances. Thank you for the feedback Jamie, due to Covid-19 our print and post department has had to close to protect our staff, we are supplying digital versions as an alternative until we can send your hard copy materials out
