AI is dreadful for queries, no help whatsoever
There is no personalized service. I cannot sync the booking on my app. Each time I chat with AI they can't help!

Worked out ok in the end
I booked accommodation which was cancelled due to a double booking. I had paid for my booking with part voucher/part cash. It was an absolute nightmare to get the voucher returned so I could book new...
