Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed Venice, but I’m sorry to hear about your issues with the hotel. We are aware that they are undergoing renovations and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. In the long term I am sure that the renovations will improve the quality of the hotel.
