Using a courrier insted of Royal Mail is a big problem as you really have to be in when they call as to collect any undelivered items from there depot requires a very long trek at very inconvinent...

Many thanks for your feedback. We prefer to use a courier for larger or more expensive deliveries as these can be tracked, meaning if they get lost or damaged we can claim with the courier for the cost of getting these replaced. Interlink Express should try three times to deliver if you are not in the first time, and are also open to taking instructions if you are happy for them to leave your parcel in a safe place. Great cause but disappointed that much of the new merchandise seems to be losing the link to the injured which is the key message.

having made a mistake of the house number this helmet was to be sent to it was returned to the company, I emailed the correct address and within a couple of days I recieved the helmet.
