Had a very long wait and line 1-2 hours for a skip the line ticket. I already have feedback to you back then and nobody did anything.

We are sorry to hear that you had to wait for such a long time despite having Skip the line tickets. We sincerely apologise for the delay. The longest we have heard from any other customer has been 30-40 minutes which 99 out of 100 times compares favorably with 3-4 hour long regular queue to buy the tickets on site. We have already raised the issue with the Catacombs management and they have assured us that other than regular security checks there is no reason why you had to wait so long.
We are also trying to reduce the number of tickets selling each day so that the waiting time is also reduces from 45 to 15 minutes.

Your advertisement for no line is misleading. We showed up at our scheduled time and still had to wait in line for 45 mins. Our tickets were not stamped with a time either.

Excellent. Everything worked out very well. Immediate entrance to Burj Khalifa, our visit was on time and there was no rush to complete our tour,

If we hadn't use Headout, we would have waited in line for 2-3 hours!!!
