This is because the item is out of stock due to unexpectedly high levels of sales and subsequent delays in our supply chain due to Covid-19. The stock is due to be with our warehouse towards the end of this week / beginning of next week and our warehouse staff are ready and waiting to despatch to you as soon as they are received by us.

Our terms and conditions on our website state that we will only provide a refund where 'the product is returned unused in an ‘as new’ condition’. This means in its original packaging, still attached to the product backing card where relevant and with any hygiene seals intact. This is reiterated in the Returns guidance and again on the Despatch Note which is sent with every order. It is also on the product packaging in the section titled ‘Read before opening’. Where a product has been returned and the hygiene seal has been broken and also in addition the extensions are in a different part of the packaging to how they were sent out, we have to assume the product has been removed and there is a possibility that the extensions may have been worn. I’m sorry if you are not happy with the outcome of your return but by having hygiene seals and a returns policy in place, our customers can be assured that when they buy extensions from us, they are new and have not been worn by anyone else.

Thanks for the lovely feedback, with the right care, our extensions can last years, whilst this isn't great for our profits 😂, it is great for our brand as it is synonymous with quality, which is what we strive for in all of our products.
