Not strictly true. I booked the flights from Gatwick. The money was paid. The next day I was informed there was only one seat left on the flight. However I agree the staff were very apologetic and helpful.

Kaya Artemis was a wonderful place to be at.
My wife and our children 14 and 15 enjoyed everything here.

Booking-flights-transfers-all excellent. Pia Bella room-superior was booked and it was not!The room had a total car park view and the bathroom was tired and dated .We changed rooms to a part car park...
