Quick contact with Customer Service and very helpful.
Excellent customer service.
Experiencing dropouts with the internet though which makes working from home impossible at times.

Good service, poor support.
Service is very good when stable which it is for the vast majority of the time. The support is not great when you need help.

Our connections took far longer than normal due to errors made by the original ground workers but once that was sorted we have had very good service without too much down time.

Good speed
I have started using gigaclear for speed and I haven't been disappointed. I enjoy the control I have via app.
