Really good speed as we live rurally
On average our speed is really good, but does seem to be quite a few outages

In many areas they are the only option and they take advantage of being a monopoly to overcharge and con their existing customers.

Excellent except for occasional loss of service
Very fast broadband that is mostly excellent but there have been several times when it has gone down

During the last two years Gigaclear have been both good and bad. Good when it works. Took ages to sort out problems. Should be better for the price.

Good speed, good price, rubbish customer services
Generally reliable, and very fast. The app to manage the router is good, although I would like to be able to see the logs in the app. When the Internet fails they are reasonably good at keeping us...

Quick and efficient installation. I can also use the WiFi for my landline so that I no longer have the old copper overhead telephone line that was often faulty.
