We are very sorry to hear you have not received your order yet. At Geocache Land Ltd we do offer several ways for you to enquire about any order or product including email, contact form and telephone. Had you used any of these we would have been able to look into the problem much quicker for you. Your order was made on the 25th December, during our Christmas holidays. At the time there was a banner at the top of every page on our website explaining that all orders placed between the 22nd Dec and the 3rd Jan would be dispatched from the 4th Jan. Due to the amount of orders we received over this time we returned to work early on the 31st December and packed and shipped all outstanding orders including yours, so your order was actually sent 5 days earlier than stated on the website. As I am sure you are aware, there are major delays in the UK postal system due to the ongoing pandemic. Royal Mail are currently stating that 2nd Class items can take upto 2 weeks to deliver and they will only consider an item lost after 28 days. Due to the New Year Bank Holidays there have only been 3 working days between your item being dispatched and your review being left. Although rare, even in normal times 2nd Class postage can take longer than 3 days to arrive.
